I confirm my understanding of the engagement options I have been offered in connection with providing courier services to Ecourier.

I have been informed that I have the option to engage with Ecourier under either:

1. Independent Contractor, whereby I operate as an independent contractor and manage my own working arrangements.
2. Worker Status, under which I provide services with certain associated rights and obligations, as defined under applicable worker status contract.

The differences between the two options have been fully explained to me. I am aware of the difference in the flexibility of these engagement options and have been given the opportunity to choose the arrangement that best aligns with my personal and professional needs.
